Showcase:

This surreal image entitled “His Service Station” was sent in by Jewell, a vary talented professional texture designer who has some amazing texture packs for purchase. Thank you for letting me pretty up my site with your image.

This is a work of my own doing, entitled appropriately enough “Luke 24:49″. The texture background is actually from the above designer Jewell, and the grunge heart brushes are from the design communities veteran star, Obsidian Dawn.

It reminds me of the short animation at the beginning of Monsters Inc. I think it was called “It’s for the Birds.”

You do amazing work. I’m very impressed and I love the textures in it. Are these GPL? Can I use these on my site? I don’t want to use them if their licensed or anything.

      Nicholas,

Use them for whatever your heart desires. There is no license other than what I put in the read me file. Which even then isn’t a license per say. Just common sense stuff, like don’t turn around and try to sell my pack under a different name. If you make some money off a design that uses them, more power to you, and let me have a look at it or even post a link here!

Thanks for sharing this brush package with us Robert, I think it’s really cool and there’s just so many things that you can do with this brush to give your work some more feeling and element of design to it.

    Thanks!

      Mike,

Thank you! I’m glad all of you like them. I was actually wondering when making them if anyone besides me was going to like them lol.

This is one of the best brush sets I have ever seen. Thanks so much man! If you wanna check out my work on deviant art using your brushes….here it is:

    NOTE:
This image has a detailed silhouette of the female form (standing), nothing too bad, just a heads up. – Robert

Awesome art man! that’s pretty clean. BTW, I put that note in your comment because I know a lot of kids and their parents visit my site from my church… nothing wrong at all with your design.

Ya know, when I drive to work in the morning, one of the best things that brings a smile to my face is a bunch of birds on the power lines as I ride by–its just simple and beautiful and you’ve captured that essence for all to share… Thank you!

Thanks so much! I’m actually thinking I might have outdid myself too soon, cause honestly I haven’t had any other “Oh Snap!” ideas for brushes after this!

I could make random brushes or splatters, all the usual stuff… but that’s just uncreative IMO when there’s a million out there already.

    Dear Robert,

Whenever I look at the birds I felt nowhere but in the middle of the field where I use to travel through the morning and stops for a while… further cannot be expressed.

my dear friend now you are felt beside me in my childhood days.

Whenever I see the birds on the power lines, I laugh to myself — thinking, now there’s something we (humans) can’t do!
